Vux & Hoy is an operating name of Lazar Home Inc., based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients, their projects, and their commercial information. When you create an account, submit an order, upload files, make a payment, or communicate with us, we may collect information required to provide our services, manage your project, process payment, deliver files, and maintain client records.

This may include your name, company name, email address, billing information, project information, uploaded files, product references, CAD files, sketches, images, material details, brand information, and communication history.

We use this information only for legitimate business purposes related to your project, including quoting, order confirmation, payment processing, project management, production, file delivery, customer support, legal compliance, and internal business administration.

We do not sell client information.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers where required to operate the business, including payment processors, email providers, secure file storage providers, production partners, contractors, AI tools, or technical service providers. Where appropriate, we take reasonable steps to ensure that these providers handle information securely and only for the purpose of supporting the project.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal and project information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, or alteration. Alberta privacy guidance requires organizations to protect personal information and report certain breaches to the Alberta Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner where there is a real risk of significant harm.

Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, subject to any legal, accounting, contractual, or business record obligations.

Confidentiality and Project NDA

All client project materials submitted to Vux & Hoy are treated as confidential unless they are already publicly available or the client gives written permission for them to be shared.

Confidential project materials may include, but are not limited to:

CAD files, sketches, drawings, product specifications, supplier information, manufacturing details, samples, photographs, reference images, material information, brand guidelines, launch plans, pricing, business strategy, and unreleased product concepts.

Vux & Hoy will not knowingly disclose confidential client materials to third parties except where reasonably required to complete the project, operate the business, process payment, comply with the law, or obtain professional advice.

Any contractors, production partners, or service providers engaged to support a project may be given access only to the information reasonably necessary to perform their work.

Clients agree that they will not upload, submit, or provide any third-party confidential, copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary material unless they have the legal right to use and share that material for the purpose of the project.

Vux & Hoy may not use completed client work, project images, or behind-the-scenes materials for portfolio, marketing, case study, social media, or promotional purposes without the client’s permission, unless the work has already been made public by the client.

For sensitive, unreleased, high-value, or enterprise projects, Vux & Hoy may provide or sign a separate written NDA. If there is a conflict between this website section and a signed NDA, the signed NDA will govern.

Governing Law

These terms, and any services provided by Vux & Hoy or Lazar Home Inc., are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any dispute arising from these terms, the website, an order, or services provided by Vux & Hoy shall be resolved in Alberta, Canada, with venue in Calgary, Alberta. Alberta courts hear civil and commercial matters, including contract and business disputes.
